Frozen Soy Yogurt
The Whole Soy Company, San Francisco, CA, has introduced Frozen Cultured Soy, a non-dairy frozen dessert made with live and active cultures. Frozen Cultured Soy is certified organic, low fat, contains no cholesterol and contains 2-3 grams of soy protein with 10-15 mg of soy iso­flavones per serving. It is available in Organic Black Cherry, Organic French Vanilla, Organic Crème Caramel and Organic Chocolate Hazelnut flavors.
